Print thermal printer pe bhi hota โ "Print" button se.
โ๏ธ Galat bill ban gaya โ edit/delete?
Edit: bill open karo โ "Edit" button โ changes save. Approval ON hai to manager ko notify hoga.
Delete: Sirf Owner bill delete kar sakta. Confirm karke delete hota โ stock automatically revert ho jata.
Audit log me record rahega โ kab kaun delete kiya.
๐ธ Bada bill ka alert kaise on karu?
Dashboard โ โ๏ธ Settings โ ๐ง Emails tab โ "Bada Bill Alert" ON karein โ threshold set karein (default โน10,000).
Iss amount se zyada ka bill banta hi WhatsApp + Email pe alert aa jata. Staff galti ya fraud detect karne ke liye useful.
๐ Udhaar kaise track karu?
Bill banate samay Payment: Udhaar select karein + Customer name/mobile daalein.
Sara udhaar dekhne ke liye: Ledger page โ Party-wise pending list dikhega. WhatsApp pe reminder bhej sakte ho directly app se.

Inventory โ "Purchase Bill" โ "๐ธ Bill Scan" tab โ wholesaler invoice ka photo ya PDF upload karo โ 30 sec me Gemini AI saara data extract karta.
Verify modal me check karein โ galat ho to correct karo (pack-size yaad rakhega next time) โ "Submit" โ sab items inventory me update.

Dashboard โ "Sub Users" โ "Add User" โ Naam + Mobile + Role choose karo:
โข Manager: Owner level (full profit dekh sakta, approve kar sakta, delete kar sakta)
โข Salesman: Sirf billing + stock entry, profit nahi dikhe, delete nahi
โข View-Only: Sab dikhe, kuch bhi change nahi kar sakta (partner ke liye)

Approval workflow kya hai?
ON karne par (Settings โ Approval tab):
Staff Day End / Purchase Bill submit kare โ "Pending" status โ Owner/Manager Approvals page me dekhe โ review โ Approve ya Reject.
Reject karne par staff ko notification jata "fix and re-submit". Anti-fraud protection.
๐ SP Change Threshold kya hota hai?
Day End me agar staff item ka sale price change kare jo 1% se zyada ho (default), to woh row red flag ho jata aur approval mandatory.
Example: โน180 item ki SP โน178 - โน182 range allowed without flag. Iske bahar set kiya to owner approve karna padega. Chori se bachne ka system.
๐ฐ Pricing kya hai? Hidden charges?
Simple pricing โ koi hidden charges nahi:

โข Yearly: โน100/year per shop (= โน8.33/month, 2 months muft)

๐ Subscription expire ho gayi โ kya hoga?
Expire hone par 7 din ka grace period milta โ kuch limited functions chalenge. Uske baad app block ho jati but data safe rahta hai.
Renew karte hi sab kuch wapas chalu. Data kabhi delete nahi hota expiry pe.
๐ธ Refund policy kya hai?
7 din ka full refund โ pehli payment ke baad agar koi reason se DukaanWale aapke liye fit nahi hai to email/WhatsApp karein, full refund 5-7 working days me.
Iske baad pro-rated refund nahi โ but data export kar sakte (Excel + Tally XML), kabhi bhi.
โ Account close kaise karu?
WhatsApp ya email karein โ Abhay personally close karenge. Pehle:
1. Reports โ "Export All Data" โ backup le lo
2. Pending invoices / udhaar settle karo
3. Confirm karo โ close request
30 din me data delete hota โ agar wapas join karna ho to recovery possible iss period me.
